- Ice Makers and Other Products: You can return any unused or unopened ice makers or related products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

- For Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
- Non-refundable Items: Please note that custom orders, gift cards, and opened products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
4. Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- For exchanges, please allow up to 7 business days for the new item to be shipped.
